Please take the time to carefully go through the individual terms and conditions for your information and protection. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read and understood the various terms associated with your contract before booking. By making a booking with Allways Greece, you agree to be legally bound to these terms and conditions.

Currency: Euro (€) is the only acceptable currency for payments.

Ways of payment:

  • Credit card (there may be an extra charge depending on the bank commission)

  • Entrance fees (museums, sites etc)

Cancellation policy:

Daytrips:
Full refund if the cancellation is confirmed 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
No refund for cancellations made in less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour or no-show.

Overnights:
Full refund if the cancellation is confirmed 21 days before the scheduled tour.
50% refund if the cancellation is confirmed 7-21 days before the scheduled tour.
No refund for cancellations less than 7 days or no-show.

Drivers:

Drivers work under strict legal and time restrictions which must be obeyed. Thus, passengers will be dropped back at convenient stops, depending on the traffic conditions. Drivers will do their best to drop you off at your place of stay or as near as possible unless agreed otherwise.
The drivers are not authorized to accompany you on your walks to the top of several archaeological sites, places of interest and/or museums. If you desire a legitimate ( licensed ) tour guide you must hire one additionally.
Your driver will also be happy to make adjustments if you wish more heat or cold in the vehicle’s cabin or if you wish him to speak louder. If you wish to make an unplanned stop e.g. need of rest room please let your driver know. He will stop at the nearest safe available area.
Your driver will be waiting for you on the date and time at the designated pick up location that you have agreed. Please do not leave the designated pick up location without your driver. Please do not exit the Airport or the Port without having met the driver.
Your driver will be waiting for you one hour over the agreed pick up time. After this time your reservation will be regarded as a no-show. If you have been delayed due to unexpected circumstances, please contact us immediately.

Guides:

Guides on the various tours are in English, unless there is a previous arrangement for another language.

Baggages:

Rates quoted include handling 1 baggage per person, if you carry any excess than 1 bag per person you will need to inform us on booking to ensure we can provide the appropriate transport vehicle. If you fail to notify us, you will be liable to any additional costs that may occur. In any case, if the luggage does not fit in the proposed vehicles there may be an extra charge, on which you will be informed and agree.
All baggage is fully at the owner’s risk throughout the tour unless they are insured. Our company is by no means responsible for any items or personal belongings such as coats, wraps, cameras and other hand baggage that have been left unattended or forgotten in the vehicle.

Children seats:

According to the EU directive 2003/20/EC children of less than 150 cm in height and of at least 135 cm in height have to be restrained by a safety belt for adults. If a child seat is not available, children of 3 years of age or over may travel provided they wear an adult seat belt. Children aged three and over and less than 150 cm in height shall occupy a seat other than a front seat.

Wheelchairs:

Any passenger who travels in a wheelchair must let us know at the time of booking to ensure that the appropriate vehicle is available to meet the specific requirements. We will also need to know if wheelchairs are manual, folding or include a battery and/or motor.

Night rate:

For any transfer services between 23:00 and 06:00 a 50% surcharge will be applied.

User Agreement:

Make sure that all the details you have provided are correct, such as names and number of the passengers, dates and credit or debit card details.
It will be your responsibility to contact us and ask for changes or corrections to the information you have given. In order to use a service or make an online purchase, you must agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions.
